Paolo Lauretta

Paolo Lauretta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Since September 2004, Paolo has served as the Worldwide Human Resources Director at Fendi, following a tenure as the Europe Human Resources Director at Gucci from January 2000 to September 2004. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Director for Italy at Citi from April 1999 to January 2000 and General Electric Capital Fleet Services from January 1997 to April 1999. Paolo also held the position of Human Resources Manager for Italy at Procter & Gamble from September 1991 to January 1997. Paolo holds a degree in Business Administration from Sapienza Università di Roma, earned between 1985 and 1991.
