Hishaam M B Caramanli currently serves as President & COO at Fenergo since November 2025, following a role as Platform & Distribution Builder at an independent venture from June 2025 to November 2025, where the focus was on enabling rapid deployment of technology and distribution. From February 2020 to June 2025, Hishaam led the end-to-end product strategy at ION as Group Chief Product Officer, overseeing capital markets platforms. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Securities eCommerce & UBS Neo at UBS Investment Bank, where significant advancements in digital client platforms were made, and as Global Head of Morgan Stanley Matrix, where pioneering digital solutions for institutional clients were developed. Hishaam also founded eSubstance as CTO, delivering XML content platforms, and held various roles at Morgan Stanley, culminating in the establishment of the Fixed Income e-business. Hishaam holds a BSc in Computer Science from King's College London (1987-1990).
