Rob Hinsley

Rob Hinsley currently serves as the Head of People at Fenwick since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Director, People & Culture at LIV Golf from May 2023 to August 2025, and previously worked as a People Manager at Planet Organic Ltd from April 2022 to May 2023. Rob's career also includes positions such as Talent & HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Performance54, and extensive experience with the European Tour, where roles ranged from Talent Acquisition Manager to HR Administrator. Early in the career, Rob worked for Sodexo Prestige as Assistant Commercial Manager. Rob's foundational education was completed at Charters School in Sunningdale.
