Federico Santini

Federico Santini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automotive manufacturing, currently serving as the Head of Vehicle Assembly and previously as the Head of Engine Components at Ferrari since October 2012. With a rich background spanning multiple managerial roles including Head of Foundry and Head of Engine Assembly, Santini has effectively managed diverse teams, overseeing the production of engine components and aluminum castings for both GT and F1 racing cars. Acknowledged for proficiency in quality control and process engineering, Santini has been instrumental in implementing new processes and managing certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. Educational credentials include an MBA from Bologna Business School and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Università di Bologna.
