Sean Goudy has over 20 years of experience in biologics and small molecule development, specializing in fill/finish, aseptic processing, and tech transfer management. Currently a Vice President Site Leader and General Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, they have previously held leadership positions at CSL and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, among others. With a strong background in QA and regulatory affairs, Sean has successfully managed multiple tech transfers and coordinated development activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations. They earned an MBA in Finance from North Carolina State University, which they are set to complete in 2024.
