Judith Aranda Rubio

Judith Aranda Rubio has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management Partner at Ferrovial since January 2012. Judith has also held roles as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant and Talent Development Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Judith worked at KPMG España as a Senior HR People Development professional and completed an HRBP Internship at Vodafone. Judith’s educational background includes a DPP in Talent Management from Esade, as well as degrees in Employment and Labor Relations and Tourism, Law and Social Sciences from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
