Scott Greenwald

Scott Greenwald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and operations management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Technical Solutions Manager at Fersa since September 2025, Scott previously held roles at Dana Incorporated as a National Training Manager and Technical Customer Operations Representative. Further experience includes serving as the Warranty Claims Lead at FRAM Group, where responsibilities involved managing warranty claims for filtration and ignition products, and as the Director of Fleet Maintenance at Craig Transportation Co, overseeing equipment maintenance and vendor management. Scott began a diverse career at Tireman Auto Service Centers, progressing from Assistant Store Manager to Retail Sales Manager, while also performing diagnostic and repair work on various vehicles. Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Owens Community College and a high school diploma from Otsego.
