Mateusz Oleś

Mateusz Oleś is a seasoned project manager currently working at FIBARO since March 2023, where responsibilities include planning and overseeing the New Product Introduction process, managing project budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Prior to this, from May 2015 to March 2023, Oleś was an R&D Specialist and Proposal Writer at ITTI, managing multidisciplinary projects and leading proposal preparation processes. Oleś possesses postgraduate degrees in IT Project Management and Customer Relationship Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business, along with a Master’s degree in English Philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
