Nathaniel Paffett-Lugassy

Nathaniel Paffett-Lugassy is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as Design Manager at Fictiv since May 2018, Nathaniel oversees a team of six designers dedicated to enhancing the manufacturing experience for hardware teams. Prior to this role, Nathaniel worked as Product Design Lead at Fictiv, and has a robust freelance background with NPL Design. Nathaniel’s prior experience includes senior product design at Volkswagen of America’s Electronics Research Laboratory, and design roles at Point B Design and Lugassy Design LLC. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2011.
