Vasco d'Orey Branco is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and claims operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service and Sales at Fidelidade & Multicare since February 2023, Vasco previously held significant roles within the Fidelidade Group, including Executive Board Member at CARES and various leadership positions focusing on property and casualty claims operations. With a comprehensive education in civil engineering and management, Vasco holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa and an Executive Master in Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
