Weam Dalal

Weam Dalal is a seasoned professional in the insurance and distribution sectors, currently serving as the General Insurance Distribution Manager at Fidelity Insurance since January 2023, where notable achievements include being recognized as the Top Non-Life DSF Leader in 2023. Weam co-founded Dalal Distribution in June 2014, overseeing a comprehensive distribution value chain. Previous experience includes roles as Life Insurance Distribution Manager at Bankers Assurance SAL and Corporate Services Specialist at MetLife, as well as an early role as an Analytical Chemist at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. Weam holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut and possesses extensive expertise in strategic market alignment, distribution network management, and analytical method development.
