Matthew Durkin

Matthew Durkin is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Director of Networks and Datacentres at Fidelity International since March 2014. In this capacity, Matthew is part of the technology infrastructure leadership team, overseeing network and data centre operations. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from May 2008 to March 2014, including Head of EMEA Market Data and Market Data Design & Build Manager, responsible for various facets of market data management and system integration. Matthew's career began at Merrill Lynch in July 1999, where responsibilities spanned roles in data network management, information security, and technology risk. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering degree from Durham University, obtained in 1999.
