Naomi Tsuru

Naomi Tsuru is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at Fidelity International since August 2018, Naomi previously held significant roles at Barclays Bank PLC, where responsibilities included acting as the Head of Human Resources for the Japan Group and serving as a Diversity Champion. Naomi's experience also encompasses a Vice President role at Goldman Sachs Japan Limited, where oversight included multiple divisions within the firm, and as an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse Financial Products. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Japan Women's University.
