Darrell Lee is the VP, Global Services Leader at Fidelity Investments, where they currently lead a team providing customer support and service delivery for international payrolls, relocations, assignments, and immigration services. With over twenty years of experience in operations management and customer services, Darrell is recognized as an industry leader dedicated to building effective teams that focus on results and customer service excellence. Darrell holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA from The University of Memphis, as well as an AAS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Paul Smith's College.
