Lisa Fischer

Lisa Fischer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account growth. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Fidelity Investments since November 2021, Lisa previously held multiple leadership roles at Alight Solutions from May 2003 to October 2021, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Vice President of Investor Portfolio Strategy. In these capacities, Lisa focused on leveraging technology and AI to enhance workforce engagement and drive revenue from key accounts. Before Alight, Lisa worked at Hewitt Associates LLC in various roles, including Partner and Account Executive, and began a career as an Internal Auditor at Bank One Corporation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
