Zach McKinney / Cal-T / Cal-E

Zach McKinney is a highly experienced Scrum Master and project manager with a substantial background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Fidelity Investments since September 2025, Zach has previously led Scrum and project management initiatives at International Consulting Associates, Inc. and TEKsystems, showcasing expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and managing critical projects. Zach’s extensive military career in the United States Air Force spanned over two decades, where roles included Director of Education and Training, Operations Chief, and Military Training Instructor, contributing significantly to training and operational readiness for personnel and emergency response efforts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and multiple Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in fields such as Fire Science and Education and Training Management.
