Zach Paul is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in data engineering, AI product development, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as an Advisor at Fieldhouse Holdings and as Co-Founder & CEO at Retentive Labs, Zach is focused on enterprise generative AI solutions. Additional roles include Advisor at Datalogz and Advisory Board Member at EDai. As Team Lead in Data Engineering at Hyland, Zach leads AI engineering initiatives and participates in the internal marketing Gen AI council. Zach's tenure at Kirtland Hills Capital includes serving as Chief Data Officer and Director of Data Science, overseeing machine learning operations and investment data consulting. Experience also includes a position as Senior Data Analytics Consultant at Lovelytics and roles in the NFL.
