Lacrosse Community Manager at FieldLevel

Dan Patrone is the current Lacrosse Community Manager at FieldLevel. Prior to this, they were a Profile Evaluator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete from August 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Varsity Head Coach at Bison Lacrosse from August 2019 to February 2021. Dan has also been the Athletic Facilities Coordinator at Medaille College from November 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the use of all assigned athletic facilities by managing daily operations and staffing. Dan also hired, trained, and supervised student managers, communicated weekly schedules to the athletic director for approval, and oversaw the scheduled and approved usage of athletic facilities, including rentals. Additionally, they served as the athletics first point of contact for facilities and addressed and directed internal and external constituents as appropriate. Dan assisted the athletic director with planning and programming of facility use, conducted regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance and housekeeping needs, completed work orders as appropriate including follow-up to ensure completion, and made sure all game equipment was operational.

Dan Patrone holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from Indiana Wesleyan University. Dan has also obtained certifications in Learning Data Analytics and Product Management from LinkedIn.
