Matthew Cole

Matthew Cole is a seasoned professional in sales and sports coaching with a strong educational background. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at FieldTurf since October 2019, Matthew previously held the role of Regional Sales Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Recruiting Manager at Robert Half and Coordinator for Men’s & Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country at Baldwin Wallace University, where accomplishments include leading the Women's Indoor Track & Field team to a national championship in 2016. Matthew also has experience as Head Coach for Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and as Assistant Coach at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Indiana State University.
