Lisa Pennington

Lisa Pennington is an experienced professional in strategic leadership and governance within the event management and services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Services at FIFA since March 2021, Lisa oversees the Services Sub-Division, focusing on excellence in client services for major tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup. Responsibilities encompass various areas, such as workforce management, guest management, accommodation, travel logistics, and volunteer coordination. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Chief Events Delivery Officer and Strategic Consultant at Definitive Project Management Services, where strategic consulting and project management were the core focuses for large-scale events. Additionally, Lisa has significant experience from a decade at New Balance, leading events and travel for the EMEA region. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Leadership from The University of Salford.
