Allison Hughes

Allison Hughes is currently the Director of Community at FIGS. Prior to that, they were the Partnerships Manager at Alo Yoga from November 2017 to November 2018. In that role, they managed relationships with over 70 yoga, wellness, and lifestyle influencer and thought leader partners. Allison was also responsible for negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring that both parties were meeting their obligations, and establishing a new tier of partnerships meant to harness the power of micro-influencers.

From August 2017 to November 2017, Allison was the Branded Content Strategist at Astronauts Wanted: No Experience Necessary. In that role, they were responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives and managing day-to-day strategies involving partners.

Allison began their career as a yoga instructor at Sweat Yoga Studios in July 2017 and continued in that role until June 2019.

Allison Hughes has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in Public Relations, Communication, and Psychology. Allison also has a certification from Yoga Alliance in 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher - RYT-200. Lastly, Allison has a certification from YouTube in Audience Development.
