Greg Nichols

Greg Nichols is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Figure since October 2025, Nichols previously held positions as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Lithos Energy, Inc. and Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Battery at Rivian. Additional experience includes directorial and senior engineering roles at Liminal, Bellwether Coffee, and Tesla, along with engineering positions at Rainin Instrument LLC and Romny Scientific. Nichols holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
