TJ Milani

Chief Financial Officer at Figure

TJ Milani is the current Chief Financial Officer at Figure. Prior to this, Milani held the position of Director of New Products and Strategy at SoFi from October 2016 to January 2018. In this role, Milani was responsible for SoFi's new products, as well as their domestic and international expansion efforts. Milani was also responsible for the acquisition of Zenbanx in February 2017, which became SoFi Money.

Prior to working at SoFi, Milani worked as an Associate at Apollo Global Management LLC from January 2015 to October 2016. In this role, Milani worked on FIG-related projects. Before Apollo Global Management LLC, Milani worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. from January 2013 to December 2015. In this role, Milani advised on a number of notable transactions, including the sale of KFN to KKR & Co. in December 2013 for $2.5 billion, and the sale of Springstone to LendingClub in April 2014 for $140 million.

Milani began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets from January 2011 to December 2013.

TJ Milani attended Bergen Catholic High School before completing a business administration degree with a focus in finance and real estate at Villanova University.

They work with Brad Simmons - Chief Marketing Officer, Tony Morosini - VP of Banking & Payments, and Ashley Harris - General Counsel. TJ Milani reports to Mike Cagney, CEO & co-Founder.
