Kaitlin B. is an experienced professional in protocol governance and technical program management, currently serving as the Lead for Protocol Governance at Filecoin Foundation since July 2021. With a background in blockchain technology, Kaitlin has worked to reform governance processes in response to stakeholder needs, previously overseeing technical contracts and governance proposals. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at MarHub, where Kaitlin contributed to developing an AI chatbot for refugees, and several positions at Mathematica Policy Research, managing substantial contracts and overseeing large teams.
