Heather Adams

Heather Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather currently works as a Solutions Engineer at Conquer since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Filevine as a Customer Success Manager, where they successfully managed 110 law firms in the south east and provided training on their CRM software. Heather also customized the software according to their needs and resolved any concerns. Before Filevine, Heather worked as a Marketing/Project Manager at Electric Blue Digital from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Supervisor at iTok.in from 2013 to 2015. Heather also has experience as a Client Account Manager at Boostability from 2011 to 2013 and as a Customer Account Manager at New Life Agency, Inc. from 2007 to 2010. Heather's early work experience includes working as a Customer Advocate at Aetna from 2006 to 2007.

Heather Adams has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business and Constitutional Law from National University. Heather also attended ITT Technical Institute-Clovis from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Medical/Clinical Assistance. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters degree in Nutrition Sciences and Disease Prevention at the University of New England, which they started in 2019.
