Doug A. Bowen

Doug is a Fellow at Fin VC. Prior to Fin, Doug worked at BDT Capital Partners as an Associate, focused on several middle-market transactions and advisory engagements. Doug is also a Toigo MBA Affiliate, a MLT Professional Development Fellow and an Associate Board member on After School Matters and Urban Initiatives, which are Chicago non-profit organizations that aim to engage underserved youth.

As a Jamaican native, Doug’s passionate to affect a fintech renaissance in the Caribbean, through the development of an investment fund designed to provide Caribbean tech entrepreneurs with strategic capital.

Doug graduated as the Valedictorian of Morehouse College with a B.A. in Economics. He is currently an MBA Candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
