Allyson Tufts

Allyson Tufts, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Consultant at ALT Consulting since January 2023 and as a Human Resources Manager at Reliance Wholesale Inc. since December 2021, also holding the title of Human Resources Associate. Previous experience includes working as a Senior HRA at Amazon from June to December 2021 and interning at Walt Disney World in early 2020. Additionally, Allyson held the position of Teaching Assistant at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in late 2019 and interned at Tailor&Fox in mid-2019, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement for luxury fashion stores. Allyson is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
