Alex Irwin-Hunt

Alex Irwin-Hunt is a seasoned journalist with expertise in cross-border investment and economic development, currently serving as the Global Markets Editor at fDi Intelligence, a Financial Times publication, since November 2018. Responsibilities include reporting, commissioning, and editing content, producing data-driven analysis, and moderating panel discussions at global events. Previously, Alex worked as a Global Investment Reporter for fDi Magazine, contributing news articles and special reports, and held positions in event services, brand promotions, and content moderation. Alex holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Leeds and a BBA in Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
