Glenn Barklie

Glenn Barklie is an accomplished professional in the field of foreign direct investment, currently serving as the Head of FDI Services at GlobalData Plc and Chief Economist at Investment Monitor since June 2020. With a strong background in data analytics and insights, Glenn plays a key role in assisting clients with informed decision-making. Prior to these roles, Glenn spent over a decade at Financial Times Business as Head of Benchmarking Services, leading the development of the fDi Benchmark tool and conducting in-depth reports on investment trends. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Manager and Investment Analyst at OCO Consulting Ltd. Glenn Barklie holds a degree from Queen's University Belfast (2004-2007).
