Nicole Johnson

JT is Chief Revenue Officer at FinancialForce, is responsible for all of Go-To-Market and has more than three decades of experience in sales and talent development, including 20+ years in the software industry. JT joins FinancialForce most recently from Red Canary, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to that, he was Head of Sales for Google Cloud Security Products responsible for global sales for all of Google Cloud security products. JT has also served as Chief Revenue Officer at Chronicle, an independent company within Alphabet, focused on enterprise cybersecurity, and as Chief Revenue Officer, Project Lantern at Google X, Google’s “moonshot factory”. He has held other senior leadership positions at TriNet, where he participated in a successful IPO, Symantec, Gartner, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

JT earned an MBA from San Jose State University and completed a certificate in Negotiation and Influence Strategies from the Stanford Business School.

John Turner

Søren Risgaard is the Vice President of Strategic Operations at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce). Søren has over fifteen years of experience in business strategy and operations, with a focus on the technology industry. 

Risgaard began their career as an Engagement Manager at [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company), where they led consulting teams in solving tough business problems and implementing change in strategy and operations at major technology corporations. Søren then spent five years as the Vice President of Nearshore at KMD, the largest Danish IT Software provider. In this role, they were responsible for revamping and accelerating KMD's nearshore strategy in Poland. 

Most recently, Risgaard has been with [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce).com as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Operations since July 2015. In this role, they lead the company's strategic planning and execution, as well as manages all aspects of the company's business operations.

Søren Risgaard graduated with a Msc in Informatics from the Technical University of Denmark. Søren then went on to study Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Lastly, they attended Marie Kruses Skoles Gymnasium.

Todd Kisaberth is the Chief Customer Officer at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce). Todd has held this position since February of 2022, and has previously worked as the Chief Customer Officer at Plex Systems, Inc. and as the Vice President Customer Advocacy at [Tenable](/org/tenable). Todd has also worked as the Senior Vice President, Global Services - Americas at PTC and as an IT Engineer at Cooper Tire and Rubber Company.

Todd Kisaberth has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.

Monk comes to [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) after a total of more than 22 years at Oracle, where he most recently served as Head of Northern Europe Applications for the Office of Finance. He held several executive sales roles at Oracle including EMEA Sales Factory Leader, Senior Sales Director, and Director of HCM Sales, helping customers leverage technology across their HR and finance functions. Monk has also held sales management positions at [Workday](/org/workday) and SAP.

Mr. Goldfield assumed the role of Chairman effective April 15, 2021. Goldfield is the president and CEO of [TriNet](/org/trinet), a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small and medium-size businesses. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, operational, and technology leadership roles, he is known for driving product innovation and business growth. Goldfield has transformed [TriNet](/org/trinet) into a leading cloud-based HR provider, with the company's net revenue more than quadrupling during his tenure.

Some of Goldfield's extensive experience includes serving as CEO of a leading SaaS provider of spend management solutions in addition to holding senior roles at Rational Software, IBM, and Hyperion, which was later acquired by Oracle.

Daniel Brown is Chief Product and Strategy Officer at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) and is responsible for guiding the company’s product strategy to deliver on its ambitious growth plans and expanding the size and scope of the product development organization.

Dan joins [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) with over 25 years of business software and SaaS solutions experience, including 15 years at Microsoft Corporation. Dan’s most recent Microsoft role was General Manager of Corporate Strategy, where he led the company’s internal digital transformation strategy.

Previously, Dan ran Microsoft's Dynamic AX and Dynamics NAV product teams, where he was responsible for their international business growth, product development, and shift to a cloud delivery model. Prior to Microsoft, he led the product group for Rivio, a Silicon Valley startup that built workflow-based SaaS applications, including financials management for small-to-medium sized businesses.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, all from [Stanford University](/org/stanford), California.

Debbie Ashton is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Customer Experience and a Founder of [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce). Debbie has been instrumental in the growth and ongoing success of the [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) business. In her current role, Debbie’s mission is to work with our customers to understand their journey, ensure they maximize the value they derive from our solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.

As an ERP expert with over 25 years experience she has worked on the some of the industries leading ERP platforms. From the inception of [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) Debbie has been in senior leadership positions including product strategy and development, global support and customer success.

Prior to [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) Debbie ran the international product teams at Coda following the acquisition by SciSys and latterly UNIT4, during this time Debbie held leadership positions in product management & engineering, as well as presales and account management. Debbie has a degree in Applied Biology from [Sheffield Hallam University](/org/sheffield-hallam-university).

Heather Gille is Chief People Officer at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) and is responsible for all of Employee Success and developing and executing HR strategies in support of organizational growth, specifically in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. Heather brings more than fifteen years of executive experience across all aspects of human resources.

Most recently, Heather served as Global Vice President, People and Workplace at Glu Mobile where she oversaw a team of 38 professionals across three markets; US, CA and India. Additionally, she and her team drove due diligence for a $2.4 billion acquisition of Glu Mobile by [Electronic Arts](/org/electronic-arts). Prior to this, Heather served as Vice President, Human Resources at [McKesson](/org/mckesson) and led the company's Center of Excellence for all issues related to human resources within mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Heather also brings ten years of experience from across varying business functions including accounting, procurement, business development, operations and financial planning.

Heather Gille

Patterson is a renowned technology leader and customer advocate responsible for driving the future of [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) Essentials. Prior to [Salesforce](/org/salesforce), he spent 14 years at Microsoft in various executive positions. His specialties include enterprise sales, software development, cloud computing, product management, product marketing, competitive strategy, and more. Patterson helps in providing guidance on [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce)’s overall product development priorities, opportunities and market approach, further enhancing the output of a product organization that is widely recognized for leading the industry.

Talton is an innovative business and market builder with an exceptional track record as a multi-faceted technology leader, big data strategist and specialist in emerging markets and global partner networks. She offers a tremendous background to the board including extensive public board experience at large companies such as [John Deere](/org/john-deere), [Sysco](/org/sysco-corp), OGE and others. She is the CEO of [Gray Matter Analytics](/org/gray-matter-analytics), a data analytics firm she founded.

Sheila Talton

As Chief Financial Officer for [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce), Ravi Narula develops and manages strategies to expand the business and accelerate revenue, overseeing finance, IT, information security, and facilities & real estate.

A growth-minded finance leader with significant experience in scaling organizations, Ravi has a strong record of success in business, finance, and operations across industry verticals including enterprise SaaS, networking, and communications.

Ravi spent the last 20 years helping to transform technology startups into large and mature public companies. Before joining [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce), Ravi was CFO at Ooma Inc., where he helped drive the company’s IPO, raised private and institutional money, played an instrumental role in growing the business domestically and internationally, improved gross margins, and created operational efficiencies. Previously, Ravi served as Chief Accounting Officer at Gigamon Inc., where he helped grow revenue and EBITDA margins while playing a critical role in the company's IPO. Ravi also served as CFO at BigBand Networks Inc., and his earlier career included finance leadership roles at Borland Software and Deloitte & Touché.

Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Garhwal in India.

In her current role, Deb's mission is to work with our customers to understand their journey, ensure they maximize the value they derive from our solutions, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Deb held leadership positions in product management and engineering, as well as presales and account management. She has a degree in Applied Biology from Sheffield Hallam University.

Schloss joins [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) after nearly nine years at Oracle, where he most recently led the North American Diversified HCM Team to record growth. Schloss has over 30 years of sales experience directing high-performance teams including positions at Ultimate Software, [Convergys](/org/convergys), and ADP.

David Schloss

Allen Seto is Chief Legal Officer at FinancialForce and is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Allen leverageS his 20+ years of corporate legal experience as he further develops, leads, and scales the legal organization in support of the company’s growth. Allen was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Silver Peak, where he guided the company through its sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company for $925 million. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Counsel at ShoreTel, where he led the worldwide legal function, resulting in the sale of the company for $530 million to Mitel Networks Corporation, and he served as Associate General Counsel at Taleo, where he advised the company through its $1.9 billion sale to Oracle Corporation. He has also held Corporate Counsel positions at Oracle and SYNNEX Corp.

Allen started his career at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he represented clients in corporate and securities law matters. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in both Economics and Rhetoric and the UCLA School of Law with a Juris Doctor in the Business Law Program.

Scott Brown, President and CEO, leads FinancialForce’s mission to help organizations connect the front and back office with the leading customer-centric business suite on the Salesforce platform. Before joining the company, Scott was Chief Revenue Officer for publicly-traded data analytics leader Teradata, where he led 5,000 professionals across sales, customer success, engineering, and global consulting teams—as well as a global partner ecosystem—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Scott has built life-long relationships with customers as he has helped them gain value and succeed in their businesses. Prior to Teradata, Scott held global sales and customer success roles at Cisco for 22 years, most recently leading teams of 3,400 professionals to deliver over $10 billion in annual bookings. Prior to Cisco, Scott spent 10 years working with ERP customers at System Software Associates and Effective Management Systems.

Scott earned an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago and a BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He has taught MBA-level courses at University of Wisconsin-Madison, Northwestern University, and Duke University.
