Jerry Ballanco

Jerry Ballanco is a highly experienced project management professional with a strong background in finance and technology. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at Finastra since February 2019, Jerry has previously held significant positions such as Project Director at FIS, where responsibilities included leading GMI Futures implementations for Barclays PLC. Jerry's experience also encompasses a role as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, overseeing a large team and managing the CRM application, as well as Senior Vice President at CitiGroup/Smith Barney, responsible for a significant IT team and the NextGen Broker Workstation project. Earlier career achievements include serving as Senior Engagement Manager at KPMG, where Jerry managed crucial projects for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
