Giacomo Ghelli

Giacomo Ghelli currently serves as the Head of Production Control & Commissioning for the Electrical – Engine Room - HVAC department at FINCANTIERI S.p.A., a role held since February 2015. Previous positions at FINCANTIERI include Head of Electrical & Safety Workshop and Head of Quality and Performance Improvement in the Outfitting department. Key responsibilities involve defining KPIs and reports for process analysis, managing commissioning operations using the Microsoft CRM platform, and overseeing remarks management in collaboration with shipyard offices. Prior to this, Giacomo worked as a Composite Design Engineer at Dallara from March 2014 to August 2014.
