Charles Burgeat has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Charles began their career at Dittberner Associates as an intern consultant, where they completed a study on online services and interactive TV in the USA. Charles then worked at Bouygues Telecom as a marketing engineer before joining STMicroelectronics as an account manager and later as a product marketing engineer. Burgeat then moved to ST-Ericsson as a key account manager and later as a key account director and sales director for Europe. Charles achieved significant sales figures and managed a yearly budget of several hundred million USD. After that, Burgeat worked at Ericsson as a vice president of sales for the business unit modems. Charles successfully developed the modem business in both the smartphone and Internet of Things markets. Currently, they hold the position of senior vice president of corporate strategy and portfolio management at Fingerprint Cards. Charles was previously the vice president of sales for the business line mobile at the same company, and before that, they served as a senior sales director. Additionally, Burgeat is also a French Foreign Trade Advisor for Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France.

Charles Burgeat completed their Master's Degree in Engineering at Télécom Paris from 1993 to 1996. Their field of study during this period was Telecom, Business, and Economy. Prior to this, from 1991 to 1993, they attended Lycee Clemenceau Nantes, where they pursued Classes Prépas Math Sup & Math Spé. Their focus of study during these years was Mathematics and Physics.
