The board of directors at Fingerprint Cards has a history of being made up of experienced individuals. The current chairman of the board has experience as the chairman of Forsheda Gruppen AB and Real Fastigheter AB (publ), as well as being a partner at Advokatfirman Titov & Partners. The other members of the board have similar levels of experience in their fields, with many having worked as directors or CEOs of other companies. All of the members of the board have at least a Bachelor's degree, with some having gone on to get Master's degrees or higher.
