Kathrin Pawelke

Kathrin Pawelke began their career in 2008 as a Lead Project Manager / Project Manager for promotor GmbH, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of Learning & Development concepts for clients in Automotive. In 2009, they became Senior Manager of Candidate Relations - Permanent Recruitment for Hays Life Sciences, where they were responsible for experienced recruiting and executive search for clients in Life Science. In 2012, they joined EY as Teamlead Experienced Recruiting GSA, with responsibility for the End-to-End Experienced Hires recruiting processes for all Servicelines. Kathrin also managed the Experienced Recruiter Team. In March 2017, they joined Finleap as VP People & Organization.

Kathrin Pawelke has a Diplom Kauffrau from Leipzig University in the fields of Personalwirtschaft, Dienstleistungsmanagement, and Marketing. Kathrin also has a Master's degree from Athens University of Economics and Business in Multicultural Management, Organizational Behaviour, Principles of Sociology, and Political Science.
