Telmo Fernandes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Site Lead at FinTrU, Telmo is responsible for establishing and expanding the company's presence in the global financial sector. Previously, Telmo held significant roles including Global Head of People & Culture at Byon Solutions, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to drive business success, and Human Resources Director at Natixis in Portugal, leading the establishment of a high-performing Center of Excellence.
