Role Description This role offers a unique opportunity to be party of a small, very highly-regarded team with predictable growth potential in a distinctive professional environment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and executive leadership in day-to-day operations, managing customer service interactions, maintaining communication channels, and assisting in sales activities including order processing and advertising campaign maintenance to ensure smooth sales operations. This is a full-time role in New York City, with offices located near Grand Central Station. The role may include limited domestic and possible international travel along with attendance for daytime and/or evening work events.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and/or the ability to support sales activities preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
