Michelle Leu

Michelle Leu currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Fireworks AI, focusing on general operations for a Series B AI startup since January 2023. Previously, Leu held various roles at Meta from December 2014 to January 2023, including Operations Lead for the APIs@Pride Executive Board, where responsibilities included supporting the growth of LGBTQIA+ Asian & Pacific Islander employee resource groups and fostering diversity. Leu also contributed to executive search and engineering leadership recruiting, implementing diversity strategies and mentoring recruiting teams. Earlier experiences include roles in customer loyalty and operations at Hampton Creek and marketing and PR at Nona Lim. Leu holds Bachelor's Degrees in Public Health and Metabolic Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
