Molly McGaughan

Molly McGaughan is the Co-founder and Managing Director at Firm, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating the delivery of advanced therapies. McGaughan brings 15 years of experience leading research, strategy, design, and technology programs for some of the world’s largest companies. McGaughan held roles at Beyond from 2017 to 2021, including Director of Growth, Managing Director, North America, and Account Director, and previously worked at Bite, A Global Marketing Services Agency (Account Manager, 2011–2014) and Weber Shandwick (Account Executive, 2010–2011). McGaughan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from Hamilton College.
