Laurent Daviet

Laurent Daviet is a distinguished scientist currently serving as a Distinguished Science Fellow at dsm-firmenich since September 2023. Previously, Laurent held several key positions at Firmenich, including VP Biotechnology, Natural Process Development & Health Innovation Distinguished Scientist and Director Biotechnology Distinguished Scientist from February 2008 onwards. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Biological Research at Hybrigenics from January 1999 to January 2008, as well as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University from 1995 to 1998. Laurent's academic background includes a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology obtained from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 between 1991 and 1995.
