Ramez Boshra

Ramez Boshra is a Senior Chemist at Firmenich since September 2010, where responsibilities include the creation of new chemical entities and supervision of the R&D laboratory for process development. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Chemist at the Pharmaceutical Research Institute in Rensselaer, NY, and Fleurchem, Inc., focusing on drug discovery and natural aroma chemicals, respectively. Ramez also served as a Math & Science Tutor at Kaplan and began the career as a Synthetic Chemist at International Aromatics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Rutgers University - Newark, an MS in Organic Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Perfumery from the University of Plymouth, and a Bachelor of Education in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
