Eileen Riordan

Eileen Riordan currently serves as the Director of Sales Performance for Commercial Analytics & Strategy at First Citizens Bank, a position held since January 2022, after serving as Vice President in the same department. Prior to this, Eileen held various leadership roles at CIT and GE Power, including VP of Salesforce Effectiveness and Digital Customer Experience. Eileen's extensive experience at GE Capital involved roles such as Digital Marketing Program Manager and CRM Program Leader, where responsibilities included the implementation of innovative digital solutions and overseeing CRM migrations. Eileen began a career in software training and consulting at PCLC, Inc., and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Economics, and Spanish from the University of Delaware.
