Jeff Medlin is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in retail banking and sales management. Since October 2004, Jeff has served as the Senior Vice President and Manager of Retail Banking for the Sound Retail Cluster at First Citizens Bank, overseeing sales and service activities across ten offices in Coastal North Carolina and leading a team of over sixty associates. Prior to this role, Jeff spent three years at JPMorgan Chase as a Sales Team Manager, where leadership focused on mortgage lending for home purchases, refinances, and construction. Jeff's career began at Wachovia Bank & Trust, NA, where various positions in Sales Finance and Retail Banking culminated in the role of Sales Team Manager for mortgage originators in the Eastern/Coastal NC region. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Mathematics from East Carolina University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
