Macy Hayes

Macy Hayes currently serves as a Business Process Consultant and Team Lead at First Command Financial Services, Inc. since May 2021, having also worked as a Business Process Consultant and Customer Service Specialist within the same company. In addition to the role at First Command, Macy has been an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay since 2018. Previous experience includes working as a Substitute Teacher for GRANDVIEW ISD from October 2020 to May 2021, a Personal Shopper at Walmart from July to November 2020, and a Customer Attendant for the City of Cleburne in the summer of 2018. Macy holds a degree in Integrative Studies with concentrations in Sociology, Communication, and Business from the University of North Texas, completed between 2018 and 2021.
