Vince Liuzzi is currently the EVP, Chief Banking Officer, and Head of the Community Banking Group at [First Defiance Financial](/org/first-defiance-financial). Vince has held this position since May of 2018. Prior to joining [First Defiance Financial](/org/first-defiance-financial), Liuzzi served as the EVP, Chief Banking Officer at DNB First from November 2013 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's consumer, business, treasury, and wholesale banking lines as well as the retail distribution network and channel. Vince also oversaw the bank's Sales and Marketing Organization, Technology and Operations Group, Consumer Lending Division, and Residential Mortgage Banking Group. During their time at DNB First, Liuzzi increased monthly sales by 25% through the implementation of sales and service training programs. Vince also led the transformation of the on-line banking channel, growing digital market share.

Prior to their time at DNB First, Liuzzi served as an EVP, Region President at Wells Fargo Bank from April 2009 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the bank's operations in a given region. Before their time as a Region President, Liuzzi served as an SVP, Market President at Wells Fargo Bank from May 2002 to April 2009. In this role, they were responsible for leading the bank's operations in a given market.
