Matthew Eldridge

Matthew Eldridge has extensive experience in the agricultural and financial industries. Matthew currently holds the position of VP, Commercial & Ag Lending at First Farmers Bank & Trust, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Relationship Manager in Food & Agribusiness Finance at First Financial Bank since 2018. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the VP, Agricultural Manager at MainSource Bank. Matthew also has a significant background with John Deere, where they held various roles including Director of Aftermarket Sales from 2006 to 2017 and Manager of Integrated Solutions from 2010 to 2015. Their early career included a position in the Agricultural Marketing Division at Deere & Company from 1995 to 2001.

Matthew Eldridge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University between 1990 and 1994.
