Tom Barnett

Tom Barnett is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in managing retail financial operations. Currently serving as Regional President at First Financial Bank since February 2016, Tom oversees 35 Financial Centers across a diverse geographic area, leading a team of over 170 professionals. Previous roles at First Financial include managing significant deposits and transactions as well as leading multiple community markets. Prior to joining First Financial, Tom held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing retail branches to driving profitability initiatives and managing financial analyses. Tom's career began at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor, managing audit teams through comprehensive engagements. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
