Amanda B. Brown

Amanda B. Brown is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at First Horizon Bank since May 2025, Amanda previously held multiple key positions at KPMG US from October 2004 to January 2024, including Global Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner, where significant contributions were made towards talent management initiatives and employee engagement strategies. Notable roles also include National Associate Director in the Employee Relations Group and Senior Talent Integration, managing complex employee relations cases and leading operations for internal teams. Amanda's proactive approach to recruiting and retention is evident from achievements in establishing talent acquisition programs and improving hiring processes. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Secondary Education from Furman University.
