Ashley McCauley

Ashley McCauley, MS, RDH has an extensive work experience in the dental industry. Ashley currently holds the position of Director of Operations at First Impressions S.C., Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Podcast Host for The Dental Podcast Network- Discovering DSO’s from October 2019 to October 2020.

From September 2017 to February 2020, Ashley was the Director of Clinical Development at Tru Family Dental. Ashley also served as the Lead Clinical Trainer & CE Director at Custom Dental Solutions from February 2017 to August 2017.

Ashley has experience as a Dental Hygiene Adjunct Instructor at Northcentral Technical College from September 2014 to August 2017. Before that, they worked as a Dental Hygienist at First City Dental from March 2013 to August 2017.

Additionally, Ashley worked as a Dental Hygiene & Dental Assisting Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Chippewa Valley Technical College from August 2015 to December 2016. Ashley started their career as a Dental Hygienist at Martin Dental from April 2010 to April 2013.

Finally, Ashley began their dental career as a Dental Hygienist at Kell Family Dental, where they worked from an unknown start date to 2010.

Ashley McCauley completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist at Chippewa Valley Technical College from 2004 to 2007. Ashley then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they achieved a Master's degree in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Ashley also holds additional certifications in Nitrous Oxide sedation, CPR, and Local Anesthesia.
