Sarah Linse is an experienced facilities and client experience manager with a proven track record in enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Facilities Manager at First Mode since August 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Workplace Experience Manager at Coupa Software, where leadership of a global project resulted in a 25% decrease in service tickets. With extensive experience at Tangelo Health, Sarah advanced from Office Coordinator to Lead Client Experience Manager, implementing data-analytics-driven KPIs and significantly improving onboarding processes and operational standardization. Early career roles include managing fire performances for large events at USC Events and contributing to patient engagement at SPT - Sports Physical Therapy. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, Sarah also has experience coaching track and field at Archbishop Murphy High School.
